SmartPac’s SSP 800 is a stickpack packaging machine of the latest generation, developed for high performance.
Equipped with servo drives, film pulling by pincer movement as well as its high compact design and high output, the SSP 800 already tackles the challenges of tomorrow.
Absolutely consistent seals are achieved by adjustable parameters like time, pressure and temperature. Corresponding to film and other conditions, the parameters can be saved in recipes to the PLC. Thus, products like liquids, pastes, powders and granules are safely packed into stickpacks of different shapes.
Because of its high flexibility and modular design, the SSP 800 stickpack machine may be equipped and combined with versatile dosing systems, matching the individual requirement of the specific application.
